Kern doel van die pos:

Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry tot die Handel besigheid asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons Handelspan saam te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen en te groei tot bestuursvlak.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12 (rekeningkunde, landbou en handelsvakke sal voordelig wees) 
  
• Belangstelling in ‘n loopbaan in handel en landbou;
• Belangstelling in kliëntediens en bemarking;
• Moet bereid wees om te roteer in Streek;
• Geldige rybewys;
• Gesertifiseerde afskrifte van jou matrieksertifikaat en rybewys moet jou aansoek vergesel.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Probleemoplossingsvaardighede;
• Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;
• Ambisieus met dryf.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Goeie klientediens en markaandeel groei;
• Goeie organisasie vermoë;
• Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf.

Main purpose of the position:

The successful candidate will get practical exposure to the Trade/Retail business as well as the opportunity to work with the team to learn new skills and gain business insight and grow to management level.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (accounting, agriculture, and business subjects will be advantageous);
• Interest in a career in commerce and agriculture;
• Interest in customer service and marketing;
• Must be willing to rotate in Region;
• Valid driver's license.
• Certified copies of your matric certificate and driver's license must accompany your application.
  

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Problem solving skills;
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
