RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Requirements:

•       National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field

•       Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales, with a proven track record in a managerial role

•       Strong communication and negotiation skills

•       Excellent MS Office proficiency

•       Sound knowledge of retail operating systems and controls

Key Duties & Responsibilities

•       Manage overall retail store operations, reporting into the Regional Manager: Operations

•       Drive sales growth by understanding products, customers, and market trends

•       Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and customer engagement initiatives

•       Prepare and manage annual budgets, control expenditure, and analyse variances

•       Maximise profitability while achieving sales targets

•       Oversee stock management, including stock controls and reconciliations

•       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively resolve complaints

•       Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations

•       Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team

•       Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

•       Drive digital optimisation and automation of retail and inventory processes

•       Support consumer-facing content initiatives to promote products and brands
