A national FMCG and retail company is seeking a Food Department Manager to join our team in Meyerton.

Location: Meyerton (successful candidate must be based in Meyerton)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the food market to maximize sales in line with budget and targets

• Ensure departmental sales meet budget objectives

• Maximise sales through effective use of selling space, displays, layouts, commercial plans, and demos

• Deliver a consistent customer shopping experience in line with service standards

• Manage operational standards, stock accuracy, and controls for shrinkage and waste

• Ensure timely replenishment of stock

• Implement and monitor all departmental activities

• Manage Hot Foods standards

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily store food processes
