This role is based in George and involves handling clients' inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales teamQualifications:Matric coupled with sales / marketing diploma preferredFluent in English and AfrikaansValid driver's licenceFully computer literate -MS Office Suite, Syspro2 - 3 years within a similar role, Experience in Steel Industry - hugely beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship management - develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support
• Order processing - accurately process client orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues that may arise
• Sales Support - assist the external sales team by preparing quotes, managing client accounts, and providing necessary documentation.
• Product Knowledge - conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Sales Reporting - Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement
• Team Collaboration - work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Budget - work to targets and budgets - monthly / yearly
