In this role, you will execute preventive maintenance schedules, repair and maintain equipment in both the process environment and workshop, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with teams and manage contractors will be essential in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should hold a relevant Millwright qualification and have solid experience in an FMCG environment. Familiarity with quality systems (such as FSSC), strong leadership skills, and the ability to work shifts with a production team are key. Excellent communication, initiative, and a proactive approach to OHS standards will also be highly valued.
