Te Development / Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of residential development projects across multiple sites.

The role spans the full project lifecycle — from initial township development preparation, installation of services, & top-structure construction planning, execution and occupation of completed units (handover) — ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in full compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
