Requirements:

•         Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

•         Post Basic qualification in Theatre Nursing.

•         Proven management or shift-leading experience within a theatre environment.

•         Strong leadership, communication, and staff management skills.

•         Understanding of theatre operations, quality standards, and patient safety.

•         Current registration with SANC.
