- B.Com / B.Compt or similar
- 4-7years` relevant experience
- Exposure to finance, compliance, audit, risk or governance roles
- Working knowledge of BEE requirements and audit processes
- ESG exposure advantageous but not essential
- Drivers license and own transport
- Good computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to execute tasks punctually, quickly and accurately.

- Support CFO and finance team with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Assist with management accounts, reconciliations and compliance documentation
- Coordinate information requests from auditors and advisors
- Maintain corporate governance records, policies and statutory filings
- Support board and committee compliance documentation
- Track regulatory and Companies Act compliance items
- Maintain and update Risk Registers under management guidance
- Assist with risk identification workshops and documentation
- Track mitigation actions and reporting
- Coordinate B-BBEE documentation and verification support
- Assist during financial and BEE audits
- Support ESG data collection, reporting and compliance tracking
