Responsibilities:
- Safely and responsibly operate a vehicle with code 8 license.
- Pick up and transport employees, goods, or materials to various locations.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and trips.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of items to designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Valid code 8 driver's license with PDP a plus
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations.
- Previous experience as a code 8 driver is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
