KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support HR Operations in the Packhouse
IR
Administrational tasks
Benchmarking
Employee committee
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices
Time & Attendance
Contracts
Health and Safety
Maintain H&S file
Support operations
Recruitment and onboarding
Seasonal and permanent employees
Coordinate organizational development and training
Facilitate culture and values engagement

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification and experience
Excellent administration skills
Analytical, data and reporting skills
Good communication skills
Team player, interdependence, servant leadership
