We require an experienced and mature HR Manager in the Hoedspruit area. Sage 300 People or VIP Payroll experience essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• HR degree
• More than 7 years experience in HR
• Experience with various employment laws
• Sage 300 People or VIP Payroll experience
• Excellent people skills

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Job design
• Recruitment and selection
• Update employee records
• Learnerships
• Performance management
• Employment equity plans
• SIZA audits
• Compiling of HR policies
• Payroll
• Manage misconduct and dispute resolution
• Manage employees
• Deal hands on with employees
