Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Effectively execute Product Surveillance work activities, which includes CCTV observation, floor roaming and facility searching, all within the red zone.
- Ensure that body and facility search is conducted according to policies, procedures & searching protocol.
- To gather product surveillance data and compile daily reports for management information.
- Identify risks for assessment and reporting.
- Comply with policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Support investigations in relation to product surveillance occurrences.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:
- Grade 12.
- Grade C PSIRA Security Registration.
- 1-2 years relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Product surveillance (CCTV observation, floor roaming/Patrolling and searching).
- Occupational Health and Safety Act.
