Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our new vehicle sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing sales strategies, and providing leadership and support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase new vehicle sales and meet sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM software
