They are seeking a detail-oriented, administrative strongCommercial Assistant to join their Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and collaborative, providing vital administrative support to the commercial team that drive a successful international citrus business

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in customer relations and reporting
• Customer communication regarding shipments and program deliveries
• Assist with shipping claims
• Administrative support for 3rd party fruit procurement process
• General support for commercial operations team when required

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification with minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar commercial, logistics, or export administration role, ideally within the fresh produce, agriculture, or export industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
