Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a Plant Manager to be based at a Mine in Zimbabwe!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal metallurgical performance with a strong focus on flotation circuits.
• Lead, train, and manage a diverse operational and metallurgical team to achieve production, safety, and quality targets.
• Optimise reagent usage and flotation performance, with specific hands-on responsibility for Talc, CMC, PAX and associated reagents.
• Ensure plant compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report operational performance, challenges, and improvement plans directly to the General Manager, supporting strategic and production objectives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree or Hons degree in Metallurgical Engineering
• 10 years’ experience in a Mining environment
• Significant experience in Floatation with Talc and CMC
