Our client is a respected and growing professional consultancy, known for delivering accurate, reliable, and value-driven quantity surveying services across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

·        3 – 5 years relevant experience in the built environment

·        Education: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying 

·        Proven experience working on commercial, industrial, residential and retail projects

·        Registration with SACQSP

·        Proficient in WinQS and DimX

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies

·        Compile bills of quantities and tender documentation

·        Evaluate tenders and prepare tender reports

·        Contract administration and cost control

·        Prepare progress valuations and final accounts
