Requirements:

·        Minimum 10 years of experience working for a main contractor on commercial and retail projects.

·        Education: Matric or relevant tertiary qualification

·        Excellent leadership and communication skills.

·        Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met.

·        Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications .

·        Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures.
