Requirements:

·        10+ years’ experience managing large scale construction projects (residential, commercial, healthcare, educational)

·        A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity

·        Professional registration with SACPCMP

·        Relevant degree in Construction/ Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

·        End-to-end management of high-quality construction projects

·        Coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams

·        Driving projects to completion on time, on budget, and beyond expectations

·        Managing site operations, schedules, and resources with precision

·        Enforcing safety, quality, and compliance standards
