A well-known consultancy is looking for a skilled Fire Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. If you have experience designing fire safety and detection systems for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, then this is the role for you.

Role requirements:

·       BEng/ BSc in Mechanical Engineering

·       5-6 years’ experience in building services.

·       Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities:

•                          Design fire safety systems.

•                          Design fire protection systems

•                          Design sprinkler and smoke detection systems

•                          Prepare fire hose reels and fire extinguisher specifications

•                          Conduct fire risk assessments and hazard analysis

•                          Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

•                          Prepare technical reports
