A position has become available for an experienced Documentation / Export Clerk in the Northern Suburbs.
- Requirements:
- Experience with fruit export documentation - SD500, packing slips, COO, Bill of Lading, Phyto, EUR1, etc.
- Able to work overtime in peak-season (will help if you have own transport) (very important)
- Citrus / fruit export environment
- High work ethic
- NO job hoppers
- Relevant qualifications
- Dealing with customer queries
- Handle all export documentation
- Check shipments - corresponding with relevant documents
- Update clients on shipment
- Prepare export documents / check export codes
- Complete VOC and packing slips
- SADAC duties, surcharges
- Commercial invoicing
- Follow up with client or origin office for: all relevant documents
