Duties:

Property Developments

• Building Up market Sectional Title Units
• Weekly Site Meetings
• Managing Subcontractors on Daily Basis
• Order of All Site Material
• Arranging Inspections with Finishing Foreman and Agents Walk through and snagging of Units
• Monthly Projects meetings
• Very up-market Units with high end Finishing’s
• Interacting with Clients daily 

Operational Oversight

• Supervise daily site activities: Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain workflow and productivity
• Interpret plans and blueprints: Ensure work aligns with technical drawings and specifications
• Coordinate tasks and schedules: Develop micro-schedules, monitor attendance, and adjust plans as needed

Project Management

• Monitor budgets and timelines: Track progress, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Order and manage materials: Oversee procurement, delivery, and usage of supplies to avoid delays and wastage
• Report progress: Provide updates to project managers and stakeholders, including daily logs and risk assessments
