Minimum requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Postgraduate qualification in HR / Organisational Development
Strong knowledge of South African labour and skills legislation; accountable for SDF function
10+ years’ experience in Learning & Development strategy
8+ years’ experience facilitating leadership, functional, and management training
Proven experience in learning design, delivery, and evaluation
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (training MIS, dashboards, reporting)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver holistic capability development across all employee levels in South Africa
Design and implement innovative learning solutions in Operations, Leadership, CX, and People Management
Partner with business and Operations to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted training
Lead L&D and Operational Excellence projects from planning to completion
Measure training effectiveness, quality, and ROI, reporting monthly to leadership
Support talent and leadership development initiatives and organisational development efforts
