Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage the executive’s diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence

• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and board or management packs

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups

• Serve as a point of contact between the executive, staff, clients, suppliers, and partners

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

• Support operational tasks and ensure deadlines and priorities are met

Marketing & Communications Support

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Support social media management, content scheduling, and basic copywriting

• Liaise with designers, printers, agencies, and digital service providers

• Assist with event coordination, activations, and promotional initiatives

• Track marketing activity and compile performance reports
