Role Overview

Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Store Manager with a strong passion for women’s fashion and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated retail team to success.

📍Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
💰Salary: R15,000 + Commission
🕰️Working Hours: Retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
🪑Available Positions: 1
📅Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the store’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and team motivation

• Manage staff performance, including training, coaching, and development

• Ensure effective stock control and high visual merchandising standards

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently

• Provide regular sales and operational feedback to Head Office

• Maintain high store standards in line with the brand’s image and values
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)

• At least 2 years’ management and sales experience within the fashion or retail industry

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Solid knowledge of stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service
  

• Passion for women’s fashion and styling

• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Bestuur die winkel se daaglikse bedrywighede om gladde en doeltreffende funksionering te verseker

• Dryf verkope deur uitstekende kliëntediens en aktiewe spanmotivering

• Bestuur personeelprestasie, insluitend opleiding, afrigting en ontwikkeling

• Verseker effektiewe voorraadbeheer en aantreklike visuele handelsvoorstelling

• Hanteer kliënte se navrae en klagtes professioneel en oplossingsgerig

• Verskaf gereelde terugvoer oor verkope, prestasie en operasionele behoeftes aan Hoofkantoor

• Handhaaf hoë winkelstandaarde in lyn met die handelsmerk se beeld en waardes
  
  

Minimum Vereistes

• Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12)

• Minstens 2 jaar se bestuurs- en verkope-ervaring in die mode- of kleinhandelbedryf

• Bewese vermoë om verkope te dryf en teikens te bereik

• Sterk leierskap- en mensevaardighede

• Goeie kennis van voorraadbeheer, visuele handelsvoorstelling en kliëntediens
  

• Passie vir vrouemode en styl

• Bereidwilligheid om kleinhandelure te werk, insluitend naweke en openbare vakansiedae/
