Core Responsibilities
1. Respond to all inbound corporate and leisure inquiries within 30 minutes of receipt.
2. Manage and convert direct and PropTech-generated leads, including website, WhatsApp, OTA, and aggregator channels.
3. Proactively follow up on all leads to maximize conversion and revenue.
4. Upsell Dubai experiences, airport transfers, and activities to guests prior to arrival.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate availability, pricing, and booking details.
6. Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to confirmed booking and pre-arrival upsell.

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills
1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, travel sales or real estate.
2. Strong closing mindset with a clear commission-driven motivation.

4. Ability to work under strict response-time SLAs and sales targets.
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Experience selling short-term rentals, serviced apartments, or hotels.
2. Existing network of travel agents or corporate bookers in India.
3. Familiarity with upselling experiences and ancillary hospitality services.
