Diploma in professional baking and bakery management. Must be an experienced baker with 5 years in the baking industry, Must have commercial bakeries experience. Strong understanding of various bakery processes, including bread, pastry and confectionary commercial production. Ability to adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges. Excellent business English, communication and written. Train, demonstrate and share information, interacting with all levels of people. Planning, organising, leading and controlling skills.
