CO-OPERATIVE BUSINESS MANAGERGauteng, ElardusparkR22 000 - R27 000 CTC per monthOur client is seeking an experienced and driven Cooperative Business Manager to manage and grow business relationships with agricultural cooperatives across key regions in South Africa

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field (practical experience and industry knowledge will be given greater weight than formal qualifications alone)
Minimum 4 yearsâ experience as a Junior Manager or Senior Sales Representative with management responsibility
Proven experience in sales, budgeting and target achievement
Demonstrated people management and team coordination experience
Proven exposure to co-operative purchasing or sales to co-operatives
Background in chemical products (agricultural, industrial or garden chemicals)
Strong relationship-building skills with head offices, regional managers, and branch managers
Experience in pricing, margin management and promotions
Ability to analyse and report on performance, profitability and business risks
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to work full-time (07:00â17:00)
