Hotel Receptionist / Administrator - GeorgeOur client in the hospitality sector is looking for a dynamic, self-motivate candidate to join their team.The ideal candidate must be hands-on, lead by example and have excellent attention to detail.Duties include but not limited to: -Checking guests in / outEnsure all payments are received prior to check outHandle all incoming bookings through various platforms and travel agentsSending out quotations and proforma invoice as and when requiredMaking bookings and allocations of roomsAssist with room checks to ensure rooms have been cleaned properly and are ready for check inEnsure all check out rooms are cleaned - liaise with housekeepingMaintain excellent guest relationsAssist with invoicing and debt collection as and when neededAny other duties as required by senior management

Qualifications:

Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite and Semper
Own reliable transport
Hospitality Diploma - advantageous
4+ years in a similar role
