A prominent private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated ICU Unit Manager. This position is ideal for an experienced critical care leader with a strong focus on clinical governance, staff development, and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

·         Registered Nurse with SANC

·         Post basic qualification in Critical Care (ICU)

·         Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous

·         3–5 years’ ICU experience, including leadership responsibilities

·         Strong organisational and people management skills

·         Ability to manage unit performance and quality standards
