Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve company targets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to coach team members while driving performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2.Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
3.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and workflows
4.Conduct training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members
5.Track sales activities, KPIs, and reports, and submit updates to management
6.Handle escalations, objections, and complex client inquiries when required
7.Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
8.Work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to improve conversion and results
Requirements & Qualifications:
1.Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales Executive
2.Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
3.Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability
4.Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent
5.Experience in finance, investment, fintech, or related industries is an advantage
6.Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales reports
7.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
1. Monthly Salary (based on experience): ZAR 8,500 – ZAR 80,000 per month, plus an attractive commission structure.
