We are a quantitative AI trading firm operating in the financial markets. We provide investors with access to a fully automated, AI-powered quantitative trading system as part of a data-driven trading service, supported by systematic execution and structured risk management.
As part of our international growth, we have recently expanded into South Africa and are building a high-performance local sales organisation focused on investor acquisition and client engagement.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for experienced professionals who understand that numbers, discipline, and execution drive results.
You will lead a team of online sales representatives responsible for generating leads digitally and converting them into investors. While you will remain capable of closing deals yourself when required, your primary responsibility is to drive team performance, enforce standards, and grow total sales output.
This role is not a title-only position. You are expected to lead from the front, coach decisively, and hold people accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and scale a team of online sales representatives
- Set and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Monitor outreach, follow-ups, pipeline quality, and conversion rates
- Coach underperforming team members and take corrective action when needed
- Support and close high-value or complex deals when required
- Ensure all sales activity follows approved messaging and compliance standards
- Coordinate and support in-office meetings with prospects to accelerate closing
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation and conversion
- Report team performance, pipeline, and results directly to management
