Required Skills
- Accounting: 3 to 4 years
- Construction Industry: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
- Accounting qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- 3+ years experience in accounting
- Experience in HOA / property accounting and business accounting (retail/wholesale advantageous)
- Strong understanding of levies & debtor control, creditors & payments, and monthly reporting
- Ability to work with stock, invoicing, supplier accounts, VAT, PAYE (Bloemtruss)
- Excellent Excel skills + accounting system experience (Sage / Xero advantageous)
- Honest, detailed, reliable, able to work under pressure
