PROCESS ENGINEERWestern Cape, GoudaR40 000 CTC per monthOur client is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer to optimise production processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across operations. This role works closely with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years’ process engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse existing production processes and design process improvements
Develop and implement engineering solutions to address production challenges
Collaborate with operations, quality and cross-functional teams to improve performance
Monitor, analyse and report on process performance and improvement outcomes
