Our client in the Winelands/Tulbagh area in seeking a Snr Planner & Operations Manager to oversee planning and operational functions to ensure efficiency, resource optimisation, and delivery of organisational objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Degree in Supply Chain/Operations management
3. 5+ Years experience in planning and operations leadership
4. Strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead production and operational planning processes
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling
• Oversee operational teams and ensure compliance with company standards
• Report on operational performance and implement improvements
