Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of Agri and retail products in Franschhoek and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a knack for building lasting customer relationships, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Own transport is required.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Promote and sell Agri and retail products to existing and new clients
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Conduct market research and assist with procurement
Provide technical advice, quotations, and after-sales support
Report functional information and maintain good governance practices
Handle marketing administration and ad hoc tasks
Coordinate deliveries and logistics as needed
Leverage business networks for new opportunities and digital tools for process improvement

Requirements:

Grade 12 with in-house sales courses or NQF 5 Diploma
Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales or marketing
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Supplier networking advantageous
Own transport
