Sales Consultant: Junior Sales ManagerOur client in the essential service company operating under the OHS environment is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and self-motivated candidate to join their team.Candidates with knowledge in Risk Management, Fire Equipment, Detection and Sprinkler Systems, First Aid and associated Training Services Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:Drive new business development through cold calling, lead generation, site visits and networking within the fire protection and compliance sectorManage and grow an assigned client portfolio, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer relationshipsConduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate fire protection solutions in line with SANS and industry regulationsPrepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy, pricing compliance and profitabilityNegotiate pricing and service terms within approved parameters to successfully close salesAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by senior managementAssist in managing and mentoring junior sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and product knowledgeCoordinate closely with technical, installation and service teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projectsMonitor project progress post-sale and ensure customer satisfaction from order to installation and after-sales supportMaintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts and pipeline trackingIdentify market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities within the fire safety industryEnsure all sales activities align with health, safety and compliance standards applicable to fire protection servicesSupport senior management with sales planning, strategy execution and performance reporting

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate
• Own Reliable Transport
• 1-year minimum business to business sales environments
• Computer literate - MS Office suite, Pastel
• OHS knowledge - hugely advantageous
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
