Position: Junior Architect

Location: Cape Town

Remuneration: R25000 R30 000 CTC

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work across all architectural work stages, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence are maintained from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Lifecycle Involvement: Contribute actively across all SACAP work stages, ensuring seamless project progression.

Design Documentation: Translate conceptual designs into high-quality technical documentation and detailed Revit models.

Technical Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on design development and detail-oriented documentation to ensure buildability.

Site Coordination: Assist with on-site inspections and coordination, liaising with contractors and consultants to resolve technical queries.

Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with senior principals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, functional architectural solutions.

Requirements Qualifications

Professional Status: Must be a SACAP-registered Professional Architect.

Experience:3-5 years ofexperience within a reputable firm.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with BIM workflows is highly advantageous.

Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the SANS 10400 building regulations and architectural work stages.

Soft Skills: A creative mindset paired with rigorous attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
