JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for

• Daily review with Plant
• Daily review supply chain
• Daily review sales
• Daily review costing/ new product development
• Cash flow/ Banking

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On monthly/ Quarterly basis- reviewing the conditions for all machines. 
• On Weekly basis reviewing with new product development team all new samples
• Forecast raw material and maintain sufficient inventory
• Order finished goods from India, Europe
• Maintain supplier relationship and accounts. Develop new vendor
• Control warehousing operation for all the imported material.
• Make Sales budgets, area and segment wise.
• On daily basis review sales with marketing team.
• Check all the gaps in marketing team, organize strong distribution network.
• Do field work and get new business.
• Understand the product, capability to manufacture it in house
• Constructing master costing file for doing costing for all new developments.
• On daily basis, manage cash flow
• Review Debtors and creditors on monthly basis.
• Control general day to day banking operations

PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

• No. of Customer complaint
• PPM at customer end
• IATF 16949 - Certification with two years
