Fleet ControllerPretoria EastR15 000 Basic, plus Shift Allowance and overtime

Minimum requirements:

Monitor a fleet of 10–25 trucks at a time
Report when a driver reaches their loading and offloading points
Monitor driver behavior (seatbelt usage, speeding, swerving, road violations, and passengers) and report findings to the relevant parties
Report breakdowns and any other road incidents to the appropriate personnel
Dispatch recovery services in the event of theft or hijacking
Document any unauthorized stops and monitor the truck for the duration of the stop, including overnight stops at any nonâClient depot
Investigate theft or road incidents using video footage and report findings to the Manager
Report any defects or technical issues related to the systems in use to the Manager
Monitor depot camera feeds for any suspicious behavior and report all findings to the relevant parties

Shifts:

Shift cycle: 2 days (day shift), 2 days (night shift), 2 days off, 2 days (day shift), 2 days off — then the cycle repeats
Shifts are 12 hours
Day shift has 2 operators and night shift has 1 operator
Must be able to cover nonâscheduled shifts on offâdays when required
