⚖️ Legal Administrator

Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented and reliable Legal Administrator to support their legal department 🗂️. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients, attorneys, and credit providers in a confidential, client-centric environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • 📑 Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

  • 📞📧 Handle inquiries from clients, attorneys, and credit providers via phone and email.

  • 🔁 Follow up with clients to ensure queries and requests are resolved.

  • 🤝 Negotiate basic payment terms with credit providers on behalf of clients.

  • 🌐 Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • 🔒 Ensure confidentiality of all information and documentation.

🧠 Skills and Competencies:

  • 💻 Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • 📖 Excellent comprehension and reading ability.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

  • ✔️ Minimum requirement: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

  • 🗂️ Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.

  • ⚖️💼 Experience in a legal or financial environment is advantageous.

  • 🎯 No legal degree required – full training will be provided.
