Responsibilities

Maintenance Oversight
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across multiple fast food stores.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment, facilities, and utilities are in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Technical Expertise
- Apply electrical or mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and general store infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and contractors.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure adherence to operational standards.
Operational Efficiency
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize operational disruption.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and source cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure all stores meet occupational health and safety requirements.
Implement and monitor safety protocols for staff and contractors.

Required Skills

Maintenance: 4 to 5 years
Electrician: 4 to 5 years
Fitters: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in maintenance management within fast food or retail environments.
Recognized qualification as an Electrician or Fitter (trade test certificate required).
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and building systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Own car, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores.

Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
