In this role, you will be instrumental in maximising route potential by overseeing route sales operations, managing staff and assets, monitoring time and attendance, and ensuring KPIs are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry. You will need Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC literacy, a valid Code C1 licence and PDP, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience using in-house vehicle tracking systems. Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a pressurised environment, will be valuable. A relevant Diploma is advantageous.
