Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to be based at their Corporate office in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the Internal Audit strategy, vision, and risk-based audit planning (annual and rolling), aligned to business objectives and IIA standards.
• Oversee delivery of internal audit activities, including operational, IT, SOX, governance audits, and critical or high-risk engagements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in internal audit methodologies, technology, data analytics, and cyber/IT audit capabilities.
• Manage, develop, and performance-lead the Internal Audit team, including skills development, training, and change implementation.
• Lead and manage ad-hoc audits and special investigations, reporting outcomes and insights to executive management, the Board, and relevant committees.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree or Hons degree in Auditing or Accounting or Computer Science
• 10 years Auditing experience of which a minimum of 5 years should have been in a management capacity in internal auditing in a mining environment
• Valid Driver’s License
