We are looking for a senior retail professional to take full responsibility for the operational management of a growing retail store network in Cape Town.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has progressed through the retail system and understands how stores really work — people, numbers, discipline and standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Full operational management of multiple retail stores
• Managing store managers and senior staff
• Ensuring consistent standards across all locations
• Staff performance management, discipline and development
• Driving operational efficiency and cost control
• Implementing and maintaining company procedures and controls
• Working closely with ownership on performance and growth
This role requires maturity, authority and real-world retail experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
