Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with doctors’ offices to support recruitment and referral efforts.
- Engage with job boards to post vacancies, source candidates, and track application activity.
- Contact local schools and colleges to build recruitment pipelines and promote employment opportunities.
- Act as a liaison for recruitment and HR functions, including onboarding, interviews, and reference checks.
- Focus initially on staff recruitment, with a planned future expansion into client intake activities (explaining services, insurance processes, and application steps).
- Conduct follow-ups with potential hires to address concerns such as compensation, schedules, or role details.
Required Skills
- Recruitment: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Requierements:
- 3 or more years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, professional approach to candidate and team interactions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with recruiting tools and digital platforms
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Highly proactive and driven; goes beyond minimum expectations
- Strong negotiation mindset; challenges the first answer and pushes for better outcomes
- Focused on the company’s best interest, not just task completion
- Comfortable pushing the agenda and proposing alternatives
- Open to feedback and coaching; does not deflect accountability
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results
- Consistently brings energy, initiative, and follow-through
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST
