Employer: Casidra SOC Ltd

      Casidra seeks to recruit an Asset and Maintenance Coordinator who is proficient in asset management, fleet management and related administrative functions, to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of business activities.

      The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager: Environmental Sustainability.

      KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

      • Asset management
      • Fleet management
      • Maintenance and repairs scheduling
      • Conducting minor repairs
      • Manage and maintain the professional appearance of the buildings, office space and fleet vehicles
      • Maintain and update the company’s asset register accurately and timely
      • Data management and report writing
      • Procurement in line with Standard Operating Procedures

Candidate Requirements

      • Matric
      • A Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management, Fleet Management or a relevant technical qualification
      • Valid Health and Safety certification would be advantageous
      • At least 2 years’ experience in building maintenance and fleet management
      • At least 1 year experience in an office environment
      • Knowledge of the OHSA and the PFMA
      • Proficiency in MS Office
      • Valid driver’s licence

      Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, computer skills and relationship-building skills.

      Attitude: Honest and trustworthy, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics and have urgency to meet targets.

      Salary: R 327 513.00 (TCOE) per annum - The total cost of the remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
