Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling vehicles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries to drive sales of used vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions to meet sales targets
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate and competitive pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the customer base
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on used vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and customer preferences
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or automotive industry preferred
