      Job Description:
      The candidate will be responsible for HR operations, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
      • Daily coordination and management of HR operations
      • Support line managers with employee relations and disciplinary processes
      • Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
      • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives
      • Manage people metrics and reporting
       
      Minimum Requirements:
      • Relevant HR qualification
      • Hospitality experience
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
