A reputable company operating in the retail hospitality sector, requires a bookkeeper to trial balance

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the financial records for the company. The role requires someone familiar with industry-specific transactions such as fuel costs, crew payments etc

DUTIES:

• Maintain accurate daily financial records (income, expenses, invoices, and reconciliations).
• Process supplier invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments from customers/wholesalers.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and fuel accounts.
• Track vessel operating costs (fuel, repairs, insurance, fees)
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external accountants.
