Professional Experience:

• 3-5 years managing industrial projects, specifically involving packings, gaskets, seals, and related equipment in power stations or heavy industry.
• Proven track record in coordinating supply, installation, maintenance, and replacement of packings and gaskets in high-pressure, high-temperature systems.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (SHEQ).

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (advantageous)
• Safety, Risk Management, and Contract Management Training

• Project planning, execution, and monitoring of gasket and packing installation/maintenance projects
